6th grade
Monday: Students will be handed back their graded Internet Safety tests. The class will go over the test and review the questions they missed. Students will receive an overview of their upcoming unit (reproductive unit).
Tuesday: Reproductive Unit overview continued.
Wednesday: Students will learn about the male reproductive system.
Thursday: Students will learn about the male reproductive system.
Friday: Students will take an identification quiz over the male reproductive system. After quiz, students will learn about how to keep the male reproductive system healthy.
7th grade
Monday: Students will be handed back their graded Eating Disorders tests. The class will go over the test and review the questions they missed. Students will receive an overview of their upcoming unit (mental health).
Tuesday: Students will learn about stress and complete a writing prompt.
Wednesday: Webquest-Depression (stationary computer lab).
Thursday: Students will learn about suicide and begin reading a few excerpts from the book, Damage.
Friday: Students will finish reading the excerpts from, Damage, and complete a reflection over it.
8th grade
Monday: Students will present their drug projects to the class.
Tuesday: Students will finish up presenting their drug projects and receive an overview of their upcoming unit (human sexuality).
Wednesday: Students will learn about sexting.
Thursday: Students will learn about STDs.
Friday: Students will learn about STDs.
RTI:
Monday: Students will learn about the history of the Jack-o-Lantern.
Tuesday: Students will design and color their own Jack-o-Lantern.
Wednesday: Students will learn about the history of Trick-or-Treating.
Thursday: Discuss their halloween costumes and brainstorm costumes they could make for free using supplies/materials they have already at home!
Friday: Halloween mad libs.
