Clubs at Lombard

Lombard offers a wide variety of clubs. Clubs generally meet after school. Being a part of a club is a great way to make new friends, learn new skills, and be a leader in your school. We encourage all students to participate in extra curricular activities. Be sure to listen to the daily  announcements to learn when clubs meet and how to join.

Drama Club

Sponsor: Mrs. Gierhart
Learn to develop your theatrical skills and participate in theatrical productions.
Meets twice a month on Wednesdays, expect during production time.

Zephyr 60

Sponsor: Mr. Biddle
Students can use the fitness room and small gym be active for 60 minutes after school.
Meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 4pm during fall and spring sports seasons.

Geography Bowl

Sponsor: Ms. Chapin 
Practice to participate in Geography Bowl competitions against other schools

Yearbook

Sponsor: Mrs. Hedden and Mrs. Flowers
Take pictures of school events and help create the yearbook.

Student Council

Sponsor: Mrs. Michels
Community service and school leadership
Meets twice a month on Mondays.

IMSA Fusion

Sponsors: Ms. Robinson and Mr. Michels
An after school program, designed by the Illinois Mathematics and Science Acadamy, to develop creative, ethical leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Meets every Monday school is in session.

Fusion Blog

Newspaper

Sponsor: Mr. Michels 
Learn about what it takes to be a journalist and create a school newspaper.
Meets twice a month on Tuesdays.
