Books and Bites

Books & Bites is a program in partnership with the Galesburg Public Library. Once a month the Young Adult Librarian visits the Lombard library to talk about some of the great books students can check-out from the library. and to talk about upcoming teen programs at the Public Library.

Books and Bites is the one exception where students actually get to eat in the library! This is when students will bring their lunches down from the cafeteria to the library.

Students wishing to participate in the program can sign-up on a monthly basis with Ms. Singler in the Lombard library either online or on a physical form on the information board right outside the library. The theme of books changes each month. To see what  books were talked about in the past, check-out the titles listed under "Previous Titles."
