7th grade
Monday: Students will learn about suicide (signs of suicide and what they could do if they suspect a friend is suicidal).
Tuesday: Students will learn about suicide (signs of suicide and what they could do if they suspect a friend is suicidal).
Wednesday: Students will begin to read an excerpt from the book, Damage. While reading the short excerpt, students will identify warning signs the main character gives off that he is depressed or suicidal.

Monday: Students will learn about drug testing.
Tuesday: Students will participate in an in-class activity. Students will learn about marijuana.
Wednesday: Students will learn about Marijuana.
Thursday: Students will learn about the three drugs that are commonly associated with “date rape”. Students will learn what these drugs do, what they look like, how to protect themselves, and what they should do if they suspect someone they know is ever been slipped one of these drugs.
Friday: Students will learn about the requirements for their drug project.
